The use of stark concrete structures provides stability to an institution which provides disaster management training. The design instills a sense of stability in the candidates in the face of imminent disaster.
The slopped contours have been used to create beautiful visual spots. This paired with the design at multiple levels makes it a memorable experience.
The exposed brickwork plays extremely well with the grey of the concrete, and the green setting imparts a strange serenity to the campus.
